Before developing a site, our professionals will create a site plan that includes the location of buildings, streets, walkways, etc. These services will guide the developer in the best way to move forward with developing the land. Once the land plan is finalized and design work is completed, then construction can begin.
Our land planners use geographic information systems (GIS) and imaging technology for their initial estimates. This provides an overview of the property layout, including boundaries, for preliminary evaluation of the parcel for the developer. Planning is the first step in developing a parcel in a way that’s realistic, cost-effective, balanced, and technically sound.
We have prepared plans and designs for large residential master plans, commercial retail centers, public park layouts, golf courses, marinas, ball fields, and nature trails. Within each project, we have provided original boundary surveys, site layouts, design, project specifications and bidding, construction administration, and more.
